WFSG40 rice whitener is Easy operate rice milling machine good quality and classical type rice mill machine.

WFSG40 type emery (iron) roller rice whitener is suitable for husking and whitening of brown rice and is applied to the supporting use of processing flow in rice mill with daily production of 40-50 tons of rice.
 This type of whitening chamber can be equipped with emery roller or iron roller; different processing technical is configured according to white rice precision requirement and different regional rice quality. White rice with different precision can be obtained by adjusting parameters of whitening chamber.

 Adopt Euro Style Bending structure, give better appearance and better stability;  Better enclosing structure of mill chamber can reduce power consumption of blower;
Bigger air input of main shaft, the better performance on bran emitting;
Adopt rack and pinion for feeding to reduce broken rate and control the volume;
Equipped with cylinder support, the side gate can be operated easily;
Configured with suction device to clean the bran and cool the finished rice.
